By using JUNCTION 8 services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
All submitted music must be original work or properly licensed. Artists represent and warrant they own or control all rights to submitted materials.
JUNCTION 8 receives the right to distribute, license, and promote submitted music. Artists retain master ownership and copyright.
Royalty payments are processed monthly for streaming, sync, and performance rights. Payment terms are detailed in individual artist agreements.
JUNCTION 8 does not accept music containing explicit hate speech, illegal content, or materials that infringe on third-party rights.
Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration as specified in your artist agreement.
JUNCTION 8 reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
