MUSIC ADDA respects intellectual property rights and expects all artists and creators to do the same. This policy outlines how we handle copyright issues and protect your work.
When you upload content to MUSIC ADDA, you retain 100% ownership of your master recordings and compositions. We do not claim ownership of your work.
We act as a distributor and intermediary between you and digital music platforms. We license the right to distribute your work on your behalf, but all copyright remains with you.
If your music contains samples, interpolations, or references to other works, you must:
MUSIC ADDA is not responsible for unauthorized samples. DSPs may remove tracks with uncleared samples without refund.
If a third party claims copyright to your work, we will notify you immediately. You have 14 days to respond with proof of ownership.

If claims cannot be resolved, your track will be removed from distribution. Further violations may result in account termination.
To distribute cover songs, you must license the composition from the original copyright holder. MUSIC ADDA can assist with mechanical licensing for additional fees.
To distribute remixes, you must obtain explicit permission from the original copyright holder. Unauthorized remixes will be removed without refund.
If we receive valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notices, we will remove the content immediately without refund or liability.
If you believe a takedown is incorrect, you can file a counter-notice within 14 days with detailed justification and proof of ownership.
Digital platforms use automated content identification systems (like Content ID). These systems may:
We do not control these systems, but we work with platforms to resolve legitimate disputes.
All contributors must be properly credited, including:
