AI tools are welcome when used responsibly:

• AI as Creative Enhancement: Using AI to assist in production, mixing, and mastering processes
• Full Transparency: Clear disclosure when AI has been used in music creation
• Fair Compensation: Ensuring artists receive proper payment and credit

✗ What We Reject

We do not support:

• Hidden AI Use: Undisclosed AI-generated or AI-modified music
• Artist Exploitation: Using AI to replicate artists' voices or styles without permission
• Low-Quality Output: Releasing AI-generated music without quality standards

Disclosure Requirements

If your submission includes AI-assisted production, you must:

• Clearly indicate AI involvement in the submission form
• Specify which tools or models were used
• Disclose the percentage of AI contribution vs. human creation
• Confirm you have rights to all samples and voice sources

Training & Data Protection

CRITICAL: You may not use PHOENIX RECORDS music to:

• Train machine learning models without explicit permission
• Create synthetic voice models or style replicators
• Generate derivative AI models based on our catalog

Violation of this policy will result in immediate license termination and legal action.
