Licensing Terms

1. License Grant

PHOENIX RECORDS grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the music purchased through our platform, subject to the terms and conditions of the specific license type purchased.

2. Permitted Uses

Personal Use License

Personal projects and creative endeavors
Non-commercial YouTube videos
Social media content (non-monetized)

Creator License

All Personal Use rights, plus:
Monetized YouTube videos
Streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
Commercial streaming rights

Film & TV License

Films, documentaries, television productions
Web series and streaming content
Synchronization rights for film and TV

Commercial Broadcast License

Television and radio broadcast
Commercial advertisements
Large-scale commercial projects

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or relicense the music
Use the music for competing music platforms
Remove or alter copyright notices
Sell the music as standalone product without modification
Use AI to train models on our music (see AI Ethics Policy)

4. Attribution

Where required by your license type, proper attribution to the artist and PHOENIX RECORDS must be provided in the format: "Music by [Artist Name] | PHOENIX RECORDS"

5. Termination

PHOENIX RECORDS may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the music immediately.

6. Disclaimer

The music is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PHOENIX RECORDS is not liable for any damages arising from use of the music.
